1General Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our platform within your first 14 days of a paid plan, you may request a full refund. After the 14-day period, all subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2EU Consumer Rights (Cooling-off Period)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you explicitly request immediate access to our digital services, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or access has been granted. However, to maintain goodwill, our general 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.

3Renewals & Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or for periods where your account remained active but unused.
